Privacy Policy

Casino Master is a learning app for casino game strategy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and our iPhone app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your personal information, the Hand Solver works entirely on your device, and purchases are handled through Apple and RevenueCat.

Casino Master does not require an account. You can use the app and read our guides without signing up, creating a profile, or providing your name or email address.

When you use the Hand Solver, the cards and scenarios you enter are processed on your device. We do not receive, store, or transmit the hands you analyze.

Onboarding and usage analytics: the app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how people move through onboarding and which features get used. This includes events like screens viewed and feature taps, along with technical details such as device type, OS version, app version, and a random app-instance identifier. It does not include your name, email, or the hands you analyze.

Purchases: subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat, which manages purchase receipts and subscription status. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles the payment itself, and RevenueCat receives only the receipt information needed to confirm and restore your subscription.

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send us — typically your email address and the contents of your message — and use it only to respond.

Like most websites and apps, we may receive limited technical information automatically, such as device type, operating system version, and approximate region. This helps us understand how the app performs and is not used to identify you personally.

We use the analytics described above to operate and improve Casino Master: fixing problems, smoothing the onboarding experience, understanding which features are used, and planning future updates.

Purchase information processed through RevenueCat is used only to activate, verify, and restore your subscription entitlements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for cross-app tracking, and we do not share it with data brokers.

If you email us, we use your message to answer you. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

Preferences, saved settings, and Hand Solver data are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data.

Firebase analytics data is stored by Google under Firebase's standard retention settings and is not tied to your name or email.

RevenueCat retains receipt and subscription records for as long as your subscription history requires — typically so purchases can be verified and restored across devices and reinstalls.

Email correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to resolve your request or keep a record of it, after which it is deleted.

Aggregate technical data is kept in a form that does not identify you personally.

Casino Master relies on a small number of service providers to run the website and deliver the app. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments.

Google (Firebase Analytics) processes onboarding and usage analytics on our behalf. Google's privacy policy governs that information.

RevenueCat processes App Store purchase receipts and subscription status on our behalf. Its privacy policy governs that information.

Apple handles purchases, payments, downloads, and account relationships for the App Store. Apple's own privacy policy governs that information.

We do not include advertising SDKs or third-party ad trackers in the app.

Casino Master is an educational app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Casino Master is for learning about casino games and does not offer real-money gambling or wagering of any kind.

Because we collect so little, most privacy requests are simple: your in-app data stays on your device and is removed by deleting the app.

If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence, correct it, or confirm what we hold. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we honor those rights for all users.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address below. We respond within 30 days.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on our website.
